How do you know in a game if you are winning? In football you know if you have more points than the opposing team at the end of the game you win. But what about in life? How do you know you are winning? Jesus said, in John 13:35, “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Our people gave of themselves to volunteer to help Sandy victims and that, my friend, is a win. Very true Bob. We as Christians need to reach out to others instead of thinking of how the church can “bless me”. We need to reach out and bless other people, for then God can say that we won the game.
